CozysLooms alpaca wool throw blanket – soft warm texture, Ivory White, 50x60 inches

The smaller 50×60-inch version of our alpaca blend throw — same 80/20 baby alpaca–Merino composition, same 18–22-micron fiber diameter, but in ivory white (undyed alpaca fiber). The natural ivory tone develops a subtle sheen with age and gentle use that synthetic fibers and dyed naturals cannot replicate.

Undyed Alpaca — What It Means

• No dye processing — the ivory color is the raw fiber's natural tone; no chemicals have been applied beyond a gentle soap scour to remove dust and vegetable matter from the raw fleece
• Softer over time — undyed alpaca fiber retains all its natural surface oils; with use and gentle washing, the fiber cuticles gradually align and the cloth becomes perceptibly softer over 6–12 months
• Same 18–22-micron fiber diameter — our alpaca is graded and tested at source; we do not blend in standard-grade alpaca (26+ microns) to reduce cost

Materials & Care

80% baby alpaca (undyed), 20% fine Merino wool. Dry clean recommended for best results. Hand wash cold with alpaca-specific shampoo; do not agitate — gently work water through the fabric, then press out excess without twisting. Lay flat to dry on a clean towel. Never hang wet. Do not tumble dry or iron.
