We offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Order processing takes 2 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday, cutoff 5:00 PM EST). Once dispatched, carrier transit time is 3 to 7 business days.
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link from FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of order delivery. Items must be in original, unwashed condition. We charge a $0.00 restocking fee. Customers cover return shipping unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our return center, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

COZYS LOOMS LLC is based in Louisville, KY. Our items are designed locally and handwoven by experienced experienced weavers and craft workshops using natural wool, organic cotton, and alpaca fibers.
For wool products, spot cleaning or dry cleaning is recommended. Cotton flatweave rugs and throw blankets can be washed on a gentle cold cycle and laid flat to dry.
